Застывшие объекты на веб-карте (GISWebServer), Эффект замораживания веб-карты
 
Подскажите можно ли  запустить  замороженную  карту без манупуляций с GISWebService

Проблема заключается в том, как перезапустить  замороженную веб-карту   ( может быть правильно настроить параметры на GISWebServise SE) См. настоящие настройки на GISWebService SE или есть
есть еще какие-нибудь действия

Получается такой эффект :  Прошло 5 минут или больше и карта застывает)  при нажатии на объект (например хочу посмотреть семантику) ничего не происходит
                                               также Обновить (F5)  тоже не помогает  
                                               Приходится передергивать GISWebService SE , тогда карта опять работает.

На форуме  нашел  ответ по этому вопросу

Настроил набор карт , всё
     отображается отлично (правда через какое-то время отображение пропадает,
     ЭТО НОРМАЛЬНО!... На форуме прочитал что после 200 запросов срабатывает
     защита)
 
Да, без установленного ключа сервис обработает только 200 запросов.
 
Как узнать стоит ли ключ  для GIS WebServise SE  в  Astra Linux SE 1.4  ( вроде был установлен  вместе с GIS WebServer 2.3 )
(в  каких файлах прописана настройка)

Это касается также и GIS WebServer SE 2.3
